Shipping, Payment & Discount Information

PLEASE NOTE:

- You can calculate the shipping at the shopping cart!

- You can combine new orders with existing ones to save shipping, contact us!

If not announced/agreed upon differently, all articles of an order will be send as one package, also if an article is on preorder.

1. How we pack and ship your order:

- 1 CD/Shirt/Cassette/Patches in bubble envelope

- Orders with 2 CDs/Cassettes or Vinyl in cardboard cross mailers

- Bigger orders get extra inside or outside protection

- Vinyl always ship with Vinyl outside outer sleeve but inside inner sleeve 

2. Shipping methods:

1. Standard, no tracking, slow -> NO tracking, can be very slow, no prediction possible (several weeks in EU or months outside of it are normal right now). Quite reliable but loses are hard to trace

2. Tracked -> WITH tracking, no signature needed

3. Registered, tracked -> WITH tracking and signature needed + insurance

After payment the articles will be shipped at the latest after 12 working days (no weekends, no holy days).

All orders are shipped from Spain by Spanish post.

The customer pays the shipping payments. The amount depends of the size and weight of the packet and the location of your recidence.
We will always inform you about the moment of delivery and possible delays.
It might happen, that an article listed in the Shop is already sold out, as the stockings are updated manually in certain intervals. If you want to be sure, please write us under contact before placing an order.

Important: If the goods get lost or stolen on the way to the customer and the customer had chosen normal shipping without tracking or the customer gave the wrong address, Naturmacht Production has no liability for a refund. We will refund you or send the parcel again on our costs if the mistake was clearly on our side, e.g. we used the wrong address or did not save the tracking number or if the customer had chosen shipping with tracking.
